Our menu from antipasti to dolci
Four menu sections, one cuisine: small starters to share, house-made pasta, wood-fired pizza and dolci to finish.
How our menu is structured
The menu follows the Italian rhythm of eating: antipasti to share, followed by pasta or wood-fired pizza as a main course, and dolci to finish. We cook fresh every day, which is why we keep the menu compact – a few dishes we can truly do well on any given day, rather than many.
- Antipasti – small warm and cold starters, meant for the centre of the table and to share.
- Pasta – made by hand, with shape and sauce matched to each other.
- Wood-fired pizza – stretched thin and baked directly in the wood-fired oven, topped sparingly.
- Dolci – a small sweet course to finish, served with espresso or a digestivo.
The four menu sections in detail
Each course has its own page with the dishes currently on the menu – so you can see in advance what awaits you at the table.
- Antipasti Warm and cold starters, pickled vegetables, olives and bread – meant for the centre of the table.
- Pasta House-made pasta dough, rolled out fresh daily, with sauces ranging from simple to bold.
- Wood-fired pizza Thin dough, long-proofed, baked in our restaurant's fired wood oven.
- Dolci Homemade sweets to finish, served with espresso from the portafilter machine.

The fire sets the pace
The wood-fired oven runs every day we're open. Because a pizza only takes 60 to 90 seconds in it, they go in one at a time and come out one at a time – exactly as your table ordered them.
View pizza menuSeasonal, not always the same
What the market offers plays a part: in spring, different vegetables go into the antipasti than in autumn, and some pasta dishes only stay on the menu for a few weeks.
Rotating dishes
We swap out individual items whenever the ingredients are in season. The dishes on the menu pages reflect the current state; the menu at your table is the valid one.
Prepared daily
Pasta dough and sauces are made in our kitchen on the day, and the dolci the evening before. If a dish is sold out, we'll say so openly rather than substitute it.
Ingredients on request
Our service team on site will inform you about allergens, intolerances and vegetarian options – feel free to ask before ordering.
A smaller selection at lunch
At lunchtime, we cook a short selection from the same menu – tailored to guests who only have limited time during their break.
When you can dine with us
The kitchen is open at lunch and in the evening; we're closed on Mondays. Wood-fired pizza is available at both times.

Frequently asked questions about our menu
The same questions always come up before a visit: what's suitable for children, how long does a wood-fired pizza take, and when does the lunch menu apply.
The answers below summarise what our service team would explain at the table anyway — so you can plan your order and your schedule ahead of time. If your question isn't answered, give us a call or add a note when booking.
